Responsible non profit financial management requires the combined effort of the entire organization. We will discuss how to engage each member of the team including the executive director, program and fundraising staff, and the board of directors and learn which type of information is essential to each entity. This session is designed to help you create organization-wide financial literacy by discussing key metrics and transforming financial data into dashboards that everyone can understand.
