The Beaver County Office on Aging Conference, as you know due to group gatherings being limited due to COVID-19, is transitioning this conference to 2 upcoming June Webinars. The Information is attached and below.

- Webinar Registration required, for the e-vite: Please include email address, name and agency (if appropriate)
- These webinars are open to individuals as well as agency personnel
- Panel of presenters on various topics including:
- The importance of caring for the caregiver, dementia, combating frustration with coping skills, sustaining physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health for the caregiver
- Understanding social media and technology and the challenges it presents with grandchildren, utilizing technology in the classroom
- Communicating with pre-teens and teenagers, verbal and non-verbal methods, developing positive relationships with case managers
- Caregivers dealing with substance abuse disorders within the family
- Local resource providers and support groups in Beaver County
