Service Description

  • The Office on Aging provides a variety of services including: Options Care Management-cost share, respite care, Day at the Mall, transportation, Domiciliary Care, information on personal care and Nursing Homes, Information and Referral , assistance with Pace/Property Tax/Rent Rebate forms, Older Adult Protective Services, Surprise for Shut-ins, Health and Wellness programs, adult day care, senior centers, assessment services, Caregiver Support Program, APPRISE health insurance counseling, telephone reassurance, Ombudsman service, Beaver County Office on Aging bulletin inside the Beaver County Senior News, In-home services include: personal care, housekeeping and respite care, legal service, in-home delivered meals.
