Since 1974, the Office of Education and Regional Programming (OERP) has linked the research, clinical and educational resources of WPIC to the State Mental Hospitals and community mental health programs throughout Western Pennsylvania in order to better serve the mental health needs of children, youth, adults and the aged in this geographic area of 23 counties Through the years, the OERP has evolved with WPIC and is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art training and technical assistance to mental health service providers throughout western Pennsylvania and beyond. Service Description
