BCCAN is grateful to its many partners who provide financial and operational support:

Beaver County Children & Youth Services (CYS)

CYS is a county-administered, state-mandated, social service agency that is charged with the responsibility of evaluating situations in which children are alleged to be neglected and/or abused.

Implicit to the mandate is the responsibility to provide social services that are directed toward enhancing family ties and preserving the family unit. The agency attempts to keep families together while increasing the quality of life for each member through the delivery of social services. To accomplish this objective, a casework format utilizing supportive, supplemental, and in some instances, substitutive care services, is incorporated into individually designed Family Service Plans.

Our Mission
Our mission is to protect children from abuse and neglect, to preserve families whenever possible, and to ensure that every child under our care and supervision has a safe, permanent home.
