Who can sign-up: Families with children ages 6 months to 5 years
Documents needed to complete application*:
Child’s Birth Certificate Proof of Family Income *We will not be able to process the application without ALL of the above items.
Come meet our teachers and other staff, tour a classroom, ask questions, and fill out an application.
