History of Organization:On January 6, 2008 the Rochester Mental Health Clinic became incorporated into the Staunton Clinic of the Heritage Valley Health System. This mental health program has been in existence at its current site in the community of Rochester since 1969. It was established as a community wide initiative to provide centralized mental health services for the people of Beaver County in conjunction with the Beaver County Behavioral Health.
Under the present guidance of the Staunton Clinic, the Rochester Program will provide confidential mental health outpatient services for adults and children using best practice standards.
