HUD 2019 CoC Competition (RFP’s due August 6, 2019)

FY-2019-CoC-Program-Competition-NOFA 2019 CoC RFP – CoC Bonus Funding Opportunity 2019 RFP – CoC DV Funding Opportunity HUD has opened the 2019 CoC Competition and has made two bonuses available again this year.  This is a great opportunity to further develop our  efforts of successfully addressing homelessness in Beaver County. Details can be found in the attached Request for Proposals as well as in the NOFA.  Please feel free to share the RFPs and NOFA with any interested colleagues.  These materials will also be available on the following websites: Community Development Program (http://www.beavercountypa.gov/Depts/CommDev/Pages/default.aspx), HMIS (http://www.bchmis.info), and BCCAN (https://bccan.org/). The CoC Bonus can be used for PSH, RRH, Joint TH-RRH, HMIS, Coordinated Entry, or to expand an existing renewal project.  The maximum amount for the CoC Bonus is $240,751. The DV Bonus can be used for RRH or Joint TH-RRH AND to serve survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.  The maximum amount of the DV Bonus is $237,023.
