Day of Hope

September 20th, 2014 will be a great day for the people of Beaver County. On that day Convoy of Hope, an international compassion based organization will provide several thousand dollars of goods and services to our residents. We will partner with many organizations to bring hope and lasting change. Convoy of Hope is holding “A Day of Hope” at the Beaver County YMCA.  There will be grocery distribution, health screening, haircuts, family portraits, entertainment, BBQ lunch, a kid’s zone, career and education fair and several other community and social service organizations. This will be a free event to any resident of Beaver County.

Groceries

We will provide our guests of honor with free groceries (*while supplies last)

Health Screenings

Free health screenings with local  medical professionals.

Kid’s Zone

Dozens of free carnival games, inflatables and live entertainment. Free concessions and lots of prizes.

Hair Cuts

Free haircuts for the whole family by local barbers and hairstylists.

Career and Education Fair

Free services include professional resume writing, interview coaching and on-site interviews with local employers.

Family Portraits

Free family portraits courtesy of local photographers.

Community and Social Services

Dozens of local community service organizations will assist with a variety of needs.

Live Entertainment

Free live music and entertainment.

BBQ Lunch

Free BBQ lunch for everyone in attendance.
