Beaver County Association for the Blind (BCAB) is a non-profit organization that offers a variety of services to visually impaired and blind individuals who live in Beaver County Pennsylvania. our mission is to educate, empower, and employ people who are blind or disabled.

BCAB's Human Services Department is dedicated to
increasing independence and improving the quality of life. With minimal agency support and training,
many individuals can live independently and productively.

The Prevention of Blindness programs at the BCAB work to educate the public about the causes, symptoms, and prevention of blindness. BCAB also offers free vision screenings to all ages by appt., and offers a low vision clinic to the public. BCAB reaches out to persons of all ages, concentrating on their specific needs.

BCAB now has a low vision clinic, open to the public, with Dr. Paul Freeman. We also offer Technology Information and Assistive Techonology Classes. There are also Orientation Mobility and Vocational Rehabilitation Trainings available.
We also have the Keystone Kids program, a support group for children ages 10 to 17 and our Young Adults Program for those adults 18 and over
