Options: Vision, Mission and/or Purpose of OrganizationProvidence Care Center is a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility and a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Center which includes a Center for the Memory Impaired. We also offer a new web-based Wound Specialty Care Program.
Occupying the multi-story building, which used to be Providence Hospital, the facility features a beautifully landscaped center courtyard. Though located within the city limits of Beaver Falls, Providence Care Center serves all of Beaver County, as well as parts of Lawrence and Allegheny Counties.
